Topics include financial goals of the MNE, interest rate and currency derivatives, foreign direct investment and capital budgeting, working capital management, tax and accounting issues, import-export transactions and trade financing, and risk management in the global firm.

Prerequisite: MBA 6005 with a minimum grade of C
