KIN 300 - Motor Development Unit(s): 4
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the tools to develop effective exercise and health promotion interventions for a variety of populations. The underlying theories of exercise and health behavior and their application to program development will be studied. Offered intermittently.
Prerequisite: (KIN 120 with a minimum grade of C or ESS 120 with a minimum grade of C) and (BIOL 113 with a minimum grade of C and BIOL 114 with a minimum grade of C) and (BIOL 115 with a minimum grade of C and BIOL 116 with a minimum grade of C) and (KIN 200 with a minimum grade of C or ESS 200 with a minimum grade of C) and (concurrent KIN 220 with a minimum grade of C or concurrent ESS 300 with a minimum grade of C) Restriction: Field of study restricted to Exercise and Sport Science, Kinesiology Major College of Arts and Sciences
