Using creative thinking and ideation, this course introduces students to the concept and practice of corporate social responsibility with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. We will examine important topics such as pollution prevention, sustainable development, the triple bottom line, and social justice. The course utilizes practical examples from the hospitality industry, but the topics covered may be applied to any business setting.
