NURS 325 - Clinical Lab III: Community and Mental Health Nursing

(4) Prerequisites: NURS 270, NURS 271, NURS 272, NURS 275, NURS 275S, NURS 275K and RHET 220, or RHET 131, or RHET 250. Corequisites: NURS 320, NURS 321, and NURS 322. Clinical Course: Community based clinical experience. Focuses on patients/clients experiencing physiological and psychological problems. Use of the nursing process in the care of clients from vulnerable populations. Students work in collaboration with inter-professional teams in outpatient and inpatient sites in which patient and student safety are paramount.
